Realtor Partnerships

Collaborating with external partners to get borrowers into houses has always been important, but these relationships have become absolutely critical given the high competition for buyers caused by the current market conditions.

Benefits for Realtors

Boosted Business

The number one source of a real estate agent’s business should be referrals from past clients.

I’m sure you’d agree, the path to getting referrals is to provide an exceptional experience. Partnering with the right lender is a key component to ensure a consistent, positive experience for every homebuyer. We are in an experience-based industry.  People may forget a lot of things after moving into a house, but they won’t forget how they felt.

Speed.

Especially in today’s seller’s market, speed can be the difference between making a sale and losing out to another buyer. When working with our realtor partners and our borrowers, we pay extra attention to detail right out of the gates, ensuring our ability to foresee issues before they cause a delay.

During the early pre-approval steps, in particular, we deliver pre-approvals within 24 hours.  We find that our realtors want to get their buyers pre-approved quickly to determine how much house they can afford so they can start hunting. We take this conscientious approach at every stage of the process, foreseeing obstacles in advance, and limiting last minute delays.

Proven Track Record and Reputation

Anyone can make promises, but the proof is in the pudding, as the saying goes. For 20-years we’ve maintained a consistent 5-star rating online through Yelp, Google, Facebook, and more. We won’t claim to be perfect, as no one is, but our transparency and thorough communication keep our clients coming back time and time again. Whether it be with a homebuyer or a realtor, we always approach it as the beginning of a very long-term relationship

Can we become partners?

My first priority is always to make sure I can consistently deliver and support each of my existing realtor partners.  For this reason, I limit new partnerships as we continue to grow our infrastructure.  As we expand the team, I open the door for new strategic relationships.  While discussing new partnerships, I also like to start with an initial call of 15-20 minutes, to learn more about each other, so that we can make a mutual decision that we are, in fact, the best fit.

If you’d like to discuss the opportunity to join forces, please contact me through any of the options below.
